About Cenora

Built by people who have used the alternatives.

Cenora isn't a product dreamed up in a pitch deck. It's the software we needed, built because nothing else was good enough.

The honest starting point.

For as long as businesses have been using software, they've been stuck with a bad choice.

Pay enterprise prices for platforms built a generation ago — with user interfaces frozen in time, implementation projects measured in years, and consulting bills that rival the software licences themselves. Or piece together a patchwork of modern tools — each one elegant on its own, none of them quite able to talk to the others — and spend the rest of your days writing scripts and reconciling spreadsheets to keep the numbers matching.

Neither option is good. We've seen it from the inside. We've lived it.

So we decided to build the thing we wished already existed.

What Cenora actually is.

Cenora is a complete business suite. Not a single-function tool. Not a bundle of acquisitions dressed up as a platform. An operating system for how a modern business actually runs — finance, sales, operations, people, supply chain, and everything in between — designed as one system from day one.

We believe that the capability of enterprise software, the clarity of a modern product, and the fair pricing of a proper SaaS should not be mutually exclusive. Our job is to prove it.

How we're different.

We're not trying to out-feature the big players. We're trying to be the first platform that treats a small or mid-sized business like the sophisticated operation it actually is — without burying it in complexity or bankrupting it with fees.

That means modern interfaces. Native mobile. Real AI in the places AI helps. Data portability written into the terms. Intercompany consolidation available to any customer that needs it, not gated behind a premium enterprise tier. A quiet, disciplined refusal to ship something we wouldn't use ourselves.

Why now.

The tools to build modern software have finally caught up with the ambition to replace the old guard. Cloud infrastructure is cheap. Interfaces can be beautiful and fast. AI can finally do real work — not just conversation. The hard remaining problem is the last one: designing the platform with taste, with rigor, and with honesty.

That's the work. That's what we're doing.

We're building Cenora the way we'd want to be sold to. Quietly. Properly. Without theatre.

Six principles. No exceptions.

I.

Ship what's ready. Nothing more.

We'd rather delay a feature than ship one that isn't right. Cenora opens when Cenora is ready — not when a board deck says it should.

II.

Build it once. Build it properly.

No shortcuts masquerading as MVPs. The foundations we're laying now are the ones we'll be running on for a decade. We're treating them that way.

III.

The interface is the product.

An ERP hiding behind a 1990s interface is unused capability. How something feels to use matters as much as what it technically does. We refuse to treat that as secondary.

IV.

Your data belongs to you.

Full portability, full export, any time. We intend to earn the right to keep customers — not trap them into staying. Lock-in is a failure of the product, not a pricing strategy.

V.

Pricing without hostage clauses.

Transparent pricing. No punitive exit fees. No multi-year contracts required. We trust that if we keep building, customers keep staying.

VI.

AI where it helps. Never where it doesn't.

We use AI because it lets the product do things that would otherwise be impossible — not because it's on the marketing slide. Surgical, priced transparently, switchable per tenant.
